The location was mind-blowing, right in the center, allowing us to explore the city easily. Our room had big windows facing a plaza, offering a jaw-dropping view. Despite some noise, once the windows were closed, it disappeared. The layout and functionality of the room were excellent, with the ensuite not directly opening onto the sleeping area. The room was super clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and quality linens. The staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping service was superb. The good lighting and reading lamps were a nice touch. The art in the rooms and hallway added to the overall charm. The neat and bright decor made the room feel cozy. The wifi connection was reliable. The hotel had a lift, allowed pets, and had non-smoking rooms available. It was, without a doubt, the best value for money among all the hotels we've stayed in during our trip to Spain.

The rooms at Hotel Zarampallo are cozy and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day of trekking. I really enjoyed the flat-screen TV and the Canal + channels in my room. It was nice to relax and watch some shows before bed. The private balcony in my room was a nice touch. I loved sitting out there and enjoying the fresh air. The double bed was super comfy, giving me a restful sleep throughout my stay.
Personally, I found the ceiling fan in my room to be a bit noisy at times.

We had a fantastic time staying at Zarampallo in the center of the city. The room was neat, bright, and decorated with simplicity. The big windows facing the plaza provided a nice view, although some noise could be heard when they were open. But once closed, the room became peaceful. The location is perfect, right downtown on a pedestrian street. The hotel's wifi was reliable, and we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and cheerful cleaner who did a great job cleaning our room. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Nothing, all was great! 😊

There were a couple of drawbacks during my stay. the reception was not staffed at night, so there was no immediate assistance available.

The staff, especially Anna, was incredibly helpful and patient, even though we couldn't speak Spanish. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the bustling city center, surrounded by a vibrant bar and restaurant culture. Guests can easily explore the old town and enjoy the close proximity to the cathedral. The rooms are surprisingly quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay amidst the lively atmosphere. The clean and comfortable accommodations provide all the basic amenities needed for a satisfying stay.
The lack of night support and heating system issues, as mentioned in some reviews, hindered the overall experience.

We were just a quick walk away from Jardines del Padre Feijoo park, where we had a chill picnic and played games. The Termas Spa was a game-changer, with the steaming hot pools that relaxed us all. And let's not forget the awesome Burgas Pools, where we had a splashing good time! The hotel location was perfect for our young and adventurous group.

During my recent visit to Ourense, I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Zarampallo. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and modernity of the room and bathroom. The comfortable bed, along with the quality linens, ensured a restful night's sleep. The friendly and helpful staff at the front desk and housekeeping went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The hotel's attention to detail was evident through the good lighting and convenient reading lamps beside the bed. Additionally, the tasteful art in both the rooms and hallway added a unique touch to the overall ambiance.

During my stay at the hotel, I experienced a slight issue with the radiator in my room. However, the morning receptionist took immediate action and fixed it for the second night of my stay. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with a cute and simple decor that added a lovely touch. The central location of the hotel was fantastic, as it allowed me to easily explore the main square, the cathedral, and other churches in the area. The WiFi connection was also reliable, which was a plus. Additionally, one of the highlights of my stay was the cheerful and friendly cleaner who did an excellent job cleaning my room. Her positive attitude made a significant impact on my overall experience.
Although my room was situated in the city center, it faced the street and was quite noisy on one particular night due to cleaning machines and lorries passing by. However, this seemed to be an isolated incident, as the following night was much quieter.
